Having handled the Seattle IANDS phone line for several years I can attest that I have received calls from near-death experiencers all around the country, some in tears, thanking Kim for writing a book that finally describes how difficult and incredible it can be to be a near-death experiencer, to have one foot in the three dimensions we’re familiar of, and the other in the spiritual world that is here as well. Having worked with Kim on the After the Light project I am aware of the many pressures we received from different quarters to excise parts of this book that were considered by some to be unsavory, or just too unbelievable. The decision was made repeatedly to leave it all in, because, after all, it was the truth. What more is there? This book is loaded with spiritual phenomena that will broaden anybody’s perspectives about what we are and what is around us in the spiritual world we inhabit.
