To say that Howard Storm’s NDE impacted America, and the world, would be quite an understatement. This is partly because of who Howard was...a respected Professor of Art at Northern Kentucky University, who built his own house, did his own car work, and was also an entrenched atheist through and through. The impact of Howard’s NDE is also due to his extremely articulate description in his book My Descent into Death of the challenging NDE journey he took into the spiritual world he had created for himself while alive, and his eventual rescue from that. Howard’s experience stands out because he is one of the few NDErs we know of to bring back so much information in response to his numerous questions of How and Why it all works…..including questions about the Holocaust, the Future of our planet in a few hundred years, God’s intervention in global history, our relationships with our guardian angels, and the abilities God wants to give us, to mention a few topics. Some quotes from his book…“God loves an honest agnostic more than a religious hypocrite.” “What you are inside will attract the same outside.” “God wants you to know that every person is your brother and sister.”
Howard has retold his story on NBC's Today Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, 48 Hours and the Discovery Channel. His book My Descent into Death so effected Anne Rice, a nationally known author, that she said…“This is a book you devour from cover to cover, and pass on to others. This is a book you will quote in your daily conversation. Storm was meant to write it and we were meant to read it.” |
